Have you ever made a New Years resolution to lose 30lbs that year? Or to start going to the gym 4 times a week, to eat healthier? I have, and it didn’t work out, and I assume I am not the only one with this.
I started to wonder what is it realistically, what are TRULY the things that are going to help me support and maintain my exercise routines, lose fat or to gain muscle, or even what does «eating healthy» mean? Since my unsuccessful resolutions, I have spent an enormous amount of time studying and researching what are the things that enhance the most realistically and effectively a generally healthy body. These mainly consist of macronutrients and micronutrients, science behind exercising, caloric deficit & surplus and ultimately seeing desired results.
Trust me, some of the things I have learned left my mouth open of amazement, things that I could’ve never guessed, I think neither would many people.
